月曜日の社内ライトニングトークス大会、無事第二回を行いました。
今回、別の事業所から来てくれた（そうは言っても元は同じ部署ですが）メンバーが「カラーバス」を紹介してくれました。発表もうまかったし、内容も興味を惹かれました。
聞いたことはあった気がするのですが、ググッてもあまり出てきませんね。
ところで、話は変わって、木曜日のイベントの際、ふりかえりであまり新しいネタが出てこない、という相談をさせていただいたところ、たまにはポイントを決めて出してみたらどうですか、というアドバイスを頂きました。
で、早速翌日のふりかえりの際にその話しをしてみたところ、「じゃあカラーバスみたいに朝テーマを決めたらいいですかね」という話が。・・・つながった！
こういうことがあると、やめられませんなー。
ちなみに、上のカラーバスのページで紹介されている本も面白そうですね。
